Perfect location, well kept hotel, room upgrade, clean and comfortable rooms, nice view from balcony, peaceful atmosphere.

The food at the restaurant was good, and we found the electric car charging station to be a plus, as we drove a Tesla. , the spa was relaxing and had great views of the mountains in the distance.
The property was too far from the city center, and the roads leading to it were narrow and winding. We had hoped for a more convenient location for our romantic escape.

The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and diverse options. Additionally, the restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The spa area was a wonderful place to relax after a day of hiking with its clean saunas, steam room, and balcony. The location was great for hiking, with stunning views of the mountains and beautiful trails to explore.
The road leading to the hotel was narrow and steep, making us feel uneasy on the journey there and causing us to take a longer route on subsequent trips. Additionally, while the decor was clean, the design of the room felt outdated and unromantic.

We had a fantastic time at this mountain lodge located conveniently close to the ski lifts and slopes. the staff were friendly and trustworthy, and the restaurant offered delicious food. Our spacious room had a cozy balcony with stunning views of the mountains, and the spa was modern and refreshing.
The sound insulation of the rooms could be improved.
